GLOW BY RAMÓN
Glow by Ramón is a project I currently work on with my boyfriend, Ramón Pagán. The work we do encompasses creating, curating, and producing content that within a year grew to more than 13,000 subscribers on YouTube and almost 5k followers on Instagram. Utilizing analytic reports, metrics, and active engagement, I was able to continuously cater my content output and approach to expand our audience reach and fan base through various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok) maintaining a quickly and continuously growing audience. Being part of a small team of only two people, multi-tasking, organization, problem solving, and innovative creativity were the keys to our success and growth with so much fast-paced change. I am especially proud of my ability to work collaboratively with other brands, creators, and partners in the space to constantly create high quality, detail oriented visual content while simultaneously staying consistent with the Glow By Ramon brand vision.

Being the only in-house graphic designer for the majority of my time at Assurance IQ, I generally took full responsibility and ownership for many of the marketing materials and advertising projects, often having to do the work of the designer, cowriter, and developer all in one, all the while simultaneously communicating and collaborating with the rest of the marketing team on multiple campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as leveraging support to HR, data science, recruiting, and various other cross-functional teams within the company.
Doing primarily design work for the marketing team, I also learned the importance of cross-platform consistency and compatibility and reaching the team’s spend and customer conversion goals, primarily by utilizing demographic-specific data to conceptualize and execute multi-platform content that aligned with department-wide marketing goals.

In my Senior year of university I was the publicity coordinator and cofounder of my school's first design organization that brought designers together to learn and collaborate with one another. This is an example of the promotional materials I came up with for web and print.
